1: Finance And Administrative Officer

1 (One) Post (Job Group ‘K’) Overall Responsibility

To ensure timely and accurate provision of accounting, costing and analysis reports.
The candidate should have the following qualifications/ characteristics:-

• Have a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance) and CPA II.
• Al least five years working experience and must have shown merit and ability in work performance and results. Experience in Educational institutions will be added advantage.
• Mature, trustworthy, decisive and above 30 years of age.
• Committed to work.
• Ability to work with Minimum supervision and beyond normal working hours.
• Should have experience in staff supervision.
• Should have good interpersonal communication and training/monitoring skills
• Be proficient in the use of computer and should have knowledge in computer accounting packages.

2: Steno-Secretary  

1 Post (Job Group ‘G’)
The applicant should fulfill the following qualifications:-

1. Must have KCE or KCSE certificate level.
2. Must have attained the following grades in Secretarial Studies:-

• Business English - III
• Office Practice - II
• Secretarial Duties - II
• Office Management - III
• Commerce - II
• Shorthand (100 wpm) - III
• Typewriting (50 wpm) - III

In addition the applicant should:-

• Have at least a minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position, preferably in an educational set up.
• Be computer literate with relevant experience in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Access, Ms PowerPoint and should generally have very good IT skills.
• Be prepared to work in a very busy office with minimum supervision and at times at off hours when called upon.
• Be a team-player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a clean past record of work experience and the ability to handle office machines/equipment.

3: Cateress 

Job (Group ‘F’)

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Catering and Institutional Management from a recognized institution.
• Able to work extra and long hours.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be computer literate.
• Aged 28 years and above.
• Working experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.

4: Head Cook

1 Post (Job Group ‘E’)
Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have at least KCSE (Grade C Plain or KCSE (Div. 3).
• A certificate in catering (Food/Beverages) from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar institution.
• Should be of good health.

5: Clinical Officer 

1 Post (Job Group J)
Minimum Qualifications

• KCSE or its equivalent.
• Diploma in clinical medicine and surgery from Kenya Medical Training College or equivalent and must be registered with Clinical Officers Council .

6: Plumber

One Post (Job Group E)
Qualifications

• KCSE Certificate level of education
• Must have attained trade test 1,2,3 in plumbing work
• Must have a Certificate from a recognized institution
• Must have an experience of at least two years in a busy organization
• Must be ready to work even at odd hours

7: Procurement Officer

Qualification/requirements

• Diploma in purchase/supplies management.
• Proficiency of computer application packages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work experience of at least 3 years in the relevant position.

8: Driver

Requirement/Qualification

• Must have passed the occupational grade test II for driver.
• Have served satisfactorily as driver grade II for a minimum of 4 years
• Have a valid driving license.
• Must have a certificate of good conduct.
