We are looking for a dynamic marketing executive who can champion the marketing of the school using offline and online marketing strategies.
 
Qualifications of the person:  

A first degree in marketing from an institution of higher learning and at least three years experience in a busy marketing environment is preferred.
 
Outstanding English is required.

Duties and responsibilities:

Main Purpose of Job
 
Ensure full penetration for the portfolio to all customers.
 
Grow the base of customers in the area of operation in the product Channel.
 
Main Responsibilities
  • Identify & Distribute Tea/Coffee vending Machines at the Assigned Area across Institutions & Corporate on a month on month basis.
  • Ensure profitability in trade asset placements.
  • Coordinate with customers and delivery personnel on daily basis to be always aligned with Nestle news & priorities.
  • Prepare & update a call cycle schedule (to visit every customer once per month minimum).
  • Divide the area of operation into channel basis (B&I, QSR, Education, Catering, etc…).
  • Achieve monthly target & line sales objectives agreed upon with NP Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with NP Sales Manager concerning promotions & marketing activities to be done for key accounts.
  • Ensure placement of good quality & consistency of the vending machines
  • Submit accurate and factual daily reports, reporting all competitive activities.

Position: Brand Activation Coordinator
 
Main Purpose of Job
 
Ensure effective implementation of brand related activities
 
Be a source of local insight for consumer, category, shopper behaviour and trade channels and provide relevant input to the development of commercial plans with Business units
 
Main Responsibilities / Job Summary
  • Training and supervision of promoters across the brands as per your line manager’s brief
  • Ensure good quality people and work on the ground with a good integrity record i.e. can handle cash slow and account for it
  • Processing payments for promotions as per requirements and output
  • Implement cost effective measures for sampling and promotions
  • Control sampling support materials
  • Give regular reports on sales, execution and insights on promotions to your line Manager
  • Follow up on planning promotions calendar with your line Manager
  • Ensure all brand activations are run flawlessly and as per stipulated operational standards i.e. Activations kick off as scheduled
  • Activations represent the Brand image. Ensure all Nestle standards are met in terms of product handling and Brand communication i.e. All teams attend QA training  
  • Maintain  and protect all company assets under the activations docket
  • Make sure all vehicles and items in use for activations are properly serviced and maintained in usable condition.
  • Give feedback from the field on Brand related issues and complaints.
  • Assist in getting relevant permits, licenses and letters which will assist in all our activations.

  • Hire a RIG team, train, manage and make route plans in line with Sales and Marketing activity plans
  • Ensure effective execution to yield volume and sales
  • A clear understanding of Kenyan market as a whole i.e. is  able to know Nairobi and upcountry market days

TIS responds to the complex crisis that has evolved in Somalia by mitigating conflict, promoting stability and community cohesion, and increasing public confidence in governance.

The TIS program is currently seeking a skilled, diplomatic, effective, and highly motivated Infrastructure Engineer or Architect. 

As our engineer or architect, you will work with local communities, civil society representatives, and the private sector and government officials across Somalia and Somaliland. 

Your goal will be to ensure that thousands of Somalis benefit from quality roads and structurally sound buildings, including schools, health clinics and community centers.
 
Qualifications and skills sought
  • A degree in civil engineering or architecture ;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in designing and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects;
  • Experience in managing construction contracts and conducting inspections for infrastructure projects;
