Senior Executive Positions
The advertiser is a public limited company in the agro-processing sector specializing in Ready-to-Cook horticultural products with a side-kick in products based on organic waste.
The company is expecting an anchor investor to introduce substantial equity to facilitate a take off and the exploitation of the huge potential in this sub-sector.
This package requires the engagement of two senior managers namely a Chief Executive Officer and a Chief Finance Officer.
The positions require first class managers with the capacity, tenacity and drive to convert this great idea into a booming business in the shortest possible time.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Graduate with at least 5 years working experience at a senior position preferably some of which shall be in food processing, agro processing and /or agriculture related industry.
Salary will be competitive and the package includes a company maintained vehicle, commission based on gross margin above a set minimum per month, and shares in the company.
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
A graduate with professional qualifications such as CPAK with at least 5 years experience in relevant industries.
Salary will be competitive and the package
includes a company car, shares and a performance-based bonus.

positions shall enjoy a company paid medical cover for up to 3 dependants.
- Candidates
must be ready to take up positions by 1st December 2012 except in unusual
circumstances in which case the latest joining date shall be 1st February
2013.
