Our client, a leading consulting firm in formulation of strategy and execution models for institutions in the public sector seeks to recruit a senior marketing executive officer who will be in charge of marketing performance management models and Business intelligence software tools that enhance execution and bridge performance gaps. 

The ideal candidate will be reporting directly to the head of sales and marketing.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for enhancing customer relationships, increasing customer retention and sales revenue.
  • Develop forecasts and pricing strategies.
  • Plan, execute and track the success of marketing operations throughout the entire company,
  • Enhance company web presence and identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships with other companies.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products
  • Liaise with media and advertising agencies for all marketing activities
  • Maximize  the target customers’ awareness of the brands
Qualification and Experience
  • Degree/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years experience in interactive marketing or a directly related field with a proven track record
  • Performance management skills would be an added advantage
  • Excellent ms-office skills and internet experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate sales team
  • Ability to gather, research  and utilize market intelligence
