Field Sales & Marketing Executives  

Mzinga Honey Products is an organization based in Kitui County and deals with bee-keeping in large scale, produces, packages and distributes Raw & Natural Beehive Honey and Bee Wax throughout the country. 

We deal with 100% Raw & Natural Kenyan honey from Kitui County, renown for its sweetness, high nutritional and natural medicinal values. 

Our honey meets the required quality standards for both Local & International Markets.

In our policy of continuous distribution of Raw & Natural Bee Honey & Wax in the country, we hereby seek the services of Field Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth and expansion, market our products, development of sales leads, making sales and customer retention.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the company’s brand and marketing strategy.
• Sourcing and maintaining client’s accounts.
• Sending daily reports to the Sales & Marketing manager.
• Ability to meet strict sales targets.
• Developing a fully integrated Marketing plan.

Requirements for this position include:

• Sales & Marketing certificate/diploma.
• Creativity and innovative.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to express a message clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.
• Good all-around marketing experience
• Must have business acumen.
