We seek to recruit a dynamic Sales Manager
to propel the company to the next level regionally.
The
company deals with design, manufacture and installation of decorative finishes
for residential and high end commercial settings.
This
person must be between the ages of 28 to 35 years old.
Skills
and competencies
- Must
have international or regional exposure in sales and marketing
- Must
be an ‘out of the box thinker’
- Must
be excellent in planning and forecasting
- Must
have excellent communication skills
- Must
demonstrate the ability to create organized planned and systematic
strategies of marketing and sales that expands to small contractors
country wide as home owners big and small, and eventually the entire East
African Region
- Must
demonstrate a proven record of revenue earnings to current and previous
employers
