We
are calling on qualified candidates with the following qualifications to fill
the following vacancies for our client, a 3/4 star hotel in Nairobi:
Housekeeper
The
preferred candidate should possess the following:
- At
least 5 years working experience in the hospitality industry
- Diploma
in Housekeeping from a recognized institution
- Supervise
day to day operations of the Hotel
- Check
the departmental log book maintained by the supervisors
- Stock
take and upkeep of all room, hotel staff uniforms and F&B linen for
the hotel
- Any
other duties assigned by management
Food & Beverage Manager
The
preferred candidate should possess the following:
- At
least 12 years working experience in the hospitality industry specifically
in food and beverage department
- Diploma
in Food & Beverage management from a recognized institution
- An
individual aged between 35-45 years
- Ability
to liaise with the kitchen, banqueting and guest relations departments
- Experience
in costing and budget preparation
- Any
other duties assigned by management
