Executive Chef
Requirements
- The
candidate needs to have at least 10 years restaurant experience with a
minimum of 3 as an Executive Chef.
- Butchery
and Grill experience is required
- Ability
to build and lead a successful team
- HAACP
hygiene experience would be useful but not essential
- Hardworking
person with sober mind
- Able
to work well with minimal supervision
- Well
spoken with good English
- A
computer literate
- Able
to oversee the hotels Kitchen high standards are well maintained
- A
person of good character
Relevant
education to the hotel industry is required. E.g Food production, culinary
Arts, Food Management etc
Remuneration and benefits
Remuneration and benefits
- A
net salary of $ 2,000 per month (30% paid in Ugandan shillings and subject
to tax at the ruling rate and 70% paid as a tax free gratuity.)
- A
housing allowance of UGX 400,000/= per month
- Local
medical cover
- A
food cost bonus if budget is bettered of $ 200 per month
After
one completed year of service a profit share incentive scheme to be discussed
directly with the owners
