HR Consultant Job in Kenya

We are an HR consultancy firm which is accredited by Ministry Of labor to provide HR & Recruitment services. 

Due to rapid growth we are currently looking for an HR Consultant to work on project basis, in the following areas:

• Human Resource Policy
• Job Evaluation and Analysis
• Performance Management
• Employee Handbook
• Organizational Structure.

Job responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive HR policy to our leading clients within the stipulated timeframe
• Carryout job evaluation and analysis for  our clients
• Carryout out performance management for our clients and record appropriate measures to improve performance
• Come –up with an employee handbook for the client within the stipulated timeframe
• Come- up with an organization structure for our clients

Key qualification

• Degree qualification in HR or business related courses.
• Has worked as a consultant of over 7 years
• Had undertaken similar  project before
• Can work with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines.
