A
large integrated agricultural company invites applications for the post of Seed Potato Manager.
The
primary purpose of this position is to take full responsibility for all seed
potato operations at the company’s farm in Timau, including aeroponic
production of minitubers, planning for field multiplication, and all aspects of
post harvest operations.
Requirements
include:
- Bachelors
degree in Agriculture or equivalent
- Training
in seed potato production, handling, and storage
- Computer
proficiency - Word, Excel
- Excellent
communication skills, with fluency in Kiswahili an advantage
- At
least 5 years work experience in seed potato production, handling, and
storage
The
position will be based in Timau, Meru County, Kenya.
A
