Business Development Manager

Department: Marketing and Business Development
Reports to: Head of Business Development


Qualification required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related field
  • Additional skills in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Job Objective:

  • The holder of this position is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. 
  • To direct the business development team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • To establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Business Development Team.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of members’ sales and activity performance.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by team members.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations.
  • Assists team members in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Accounts Manager

Department: Marketing and Business Development
Reports to: Head of Business Development


Qualification required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Skills in sales & Customer Care an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Job Objective:

  • To manage the commercial relationships with all existing clients. To proactively contact clients and maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities. 
  • To meet with clients face to face or via communication technologies to provide educate and promote the business through presentations, finding and other account analysis. 
  • To maintain the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets, exhausting all additional revenue streams opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio.
  • Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring the Business Ready Enhancement Plan.
  • Identifying new solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services.
  • Ensuring all clients understand the services on offer from Attain.
  • Ensure the adherence of the implementation plan timelines.
  • Resolve all escalated disputes and ensure client satisfaction from the same.

Corporate Communications Executive

Department: Marketing and Business Development
Reports to: Head of Business Development


Qualification required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a communication / journalism field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a communications role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and basic Flash/Power point

Job Objective:


Presenting and maintaining a positive public image of the organization. 

 

This includes proactively developing media outreach strategies, creating and implementing product or service announcements, working with vendors and strategic partners, and assisting executives with public speaking engagements.


Tasks:

  • To develop and lead on the delivery of effective communications plans and outputs
  • To proactively build relations with individual departments to ensure the provision of an effective PR and communications service.
  • To write quality copy as required, including press releases, briefing notes, speeches, key messages, factsheets, case studies, etc. in support of communications activities and initiatives.
