Business Development Manager

Qualification required
- Bachelor’s

Job
Objective:
- The
     holder of this position is responsible for the development and performance
     of all sales activities. 
- To
     direct the business development team and provide leadership towards the
     achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company
     vision and values.
- To
     establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the
     marketing area and contribute to the development of training and
     educational programs for clients and the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops
     sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales
     goals and profitability.
- Responsible
     for the performance and development of the Business Development Team.
- Prepares
     action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of
     sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates
     and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists

Accounts Manager

Job
Objective:
- To
     manage the commercial relationships with all existing clients. To
     proactively contact clients and maintain a consistent high level of
     service delivery, whilst identifying further new business
     opportunities. 
- To
     meet with clients face to face or via communication technologies to
     provide educate and promote the business through presentations, finding
     and other account analysis. 
- To
     maintain the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain
     profitable in line with annual targets, exhausting all additional revenue
     streams opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring
     the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio.
- Regularly
     liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.

Objective:
Presenting and maintaining a positive public image of the organization.
This
includes proactively developing media outreach strategies, creating and
implementing product or service announcements, working with vendors and
