Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Client Service Executive with experience working in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG ) Advertising or Market Research industries for one of its clients.
The Client Service Executive will be responsible for the following:
The Client Service Executive will be responsible for the following:
- Establish      and cultivate relationships with company clients;
- Meet      and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;
- Liaise      with, and act as the link between, the client and the company by      maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows      effectively;
- Respond      to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues;
- Handle      budgets, manage costs and invoicing clients;
- Produce      client reports;
- Monitoring      the effectiveness of campaigns;
- Undertake      administration tasks;
- Arrange      and attend meetings;
- Make      'pitches', in conjunction with other staff, to try to win new business for      the company.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors      Degree in relevant field;
- Understanding      of market research;
- 2      – 3 years working experience;
- Accuracy      and attention to detail;
- Strong      verbal and written skills;
- Excellent      organizational skills.
