Water Treatment Supervisor Job in Kenya

Supervisor required - Waste Water Treatment Plant

We are a leather processing industry based in Athi River. 

 

On our endeavour to become the leading leather processing company in Kenya, we wish to fill the above position which has fallen vacant in our treatment plant department.

Minimum qualifications and experience

• Diploma or University education in waste management or chemistry
• Relevant working experience in waste water and solid waste management.
• A good understanding of water testing parameters
• Applicant must be able to manage a team of workers efficiently and MUST possess reporting skills to maintain and report water testing records, maintainance information.
• Proven leadership qualities, problem-solving and negotiation skills, and evidence of being a strong team player.
• In house training will be provided to the successful candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage effectively.
• Strong IT skills, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Personal qualities of leadership and integrity.
