Based in Garissa under the supervision of CSDI programs coordinator, the holders of these positions will work closely with the pastoralist communities targeted by the Program in Garissa County. 

 

Support planning by communities and their model community adaptation approaches as per their adaptation plans.

 

Education, experience and competencies:

• A minimum qualification of a university degree, in a relevant discipline such as rural development, livestock/range management or agriculture and livelihoods. 
• 3 years’ experience in community development. 
• The candidate must have practical experience in community facilitation and working with diverse teams.
