Request for Expression of Interest
Transport Dispatch Services for UNMISS in Juba (South Sudan)

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI: 28 October 2011
The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the requirements stated herein.

Description of General Requirements
Rental of Twenty (20) Medium Buses (25 Pax) with driver and fuel to transport UNMISS Personnel in and around the city of grater Juba.

Conditions:
Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by hand delivery, fax or e-mail as indicated below.

The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:
  • Company’s profile, with proven experience in the relevant field of works.
  • Company’s registration certificate.
  • Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.).
  • Proof of financial strength (copy of the latest audited financial report).
  • List of referenced clients (minimum of three), with contact addresses.
  • Synopsis of the company’s capabilities, number of medium bases available (must have less than 5,000 km on odometer), number of personnel and other resources on-hand.
  • List of contracts with major clients.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
