CTG Global Administration and Finance Assistant Job in Somalia


Post: Administration and Finance Assistant
Duty station: Mogadishu Somalia
Reporting to: Program Support Officer (PSO)
CTG Global seeks to employ a consultant to work for its UN client in Mogadishu, Somalia, as an Administration and Finance Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilites:
  • Personnel management for National, International and Contracted Staff.
  • Supervise preparation of monthly attendance sheets for all staff.
  • Assist in the production of monthly salary sheets for all contract modalities.
  • Assist Nairobi office and PSO with internal travel for all staff.
  • Manage the monthly accounts for private and official telephone bills.
  • Assist in the preparation of Daily Subsistence Allowances (DSA) and other allowance claims for all staff.
  • Manage the incoming and outgoing mail system.
  • Assist in the management of the operational advances and petty cash accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of the requests for operational advances.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of operational advances and petty cash.
  • Advise all staff on rules and regulations pertaining to the United Nations Office for Project Services administration and finance issues.
  • Any other tasks as required by the PSO.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • Experience in administrative and finance procedures.
  • Experience in filing systems.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
  • Ability to work in a gender-equal and multi-cultural environment.
