EAC Secretariat Development of a Video Conference System Request for Expressions of Interest
In an effort to enhance the performance of its functions, the EAC Secretariat (the ‘Secretariat’) intends to improve its ICT infrastructure by implementing a video-conference (VC) system.The system shall be a closed-user-group (CUG) network connecting the EAC Headquarters in Arusha with the EAC Ministries in the Partner States.
This initiative includes the carrying out of a detailed design for the establishment and operation of the VC system.
The Secretariat now seeks to recruit an individual consultant to undertake the assignment.
