Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Reporting; - to CEO.
Job description:
The main responsibility for this position is procurement of new business as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
This will include;
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets to grow sales.
- Lead a team of Sales account managers in sales and relations management.
- Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Account Management.
Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing or equivalent
- Diploma in sales & Marketing
- You must be at least 28 years of age.
- Sales experience- Over 3 years – Selling IT / VSAT/Networking solutions in a commission based environment and least 2 years experience in managing a sales team.
- Pro-active and motivated self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be highly dependable, disciplined and self motivated
- Track record- of success.
- Owns a car and laptop.
Remuneration
A competitive package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
This package will incorporate an attractive performance based payment.
