Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is a not for profit international health organization with over four decade of experience strengthening health systems, local capacity and institutions. MSH hereby wishes to invite eligible firms to submit their proposals for provision of payroll management services.
TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)
a) Processing and issuing of pay slips.
b) Transmitting statutory deduction within the stipulated time.
c) Compilation of Reports.
d) Filling of annual returns to KRA
e) Processing of individual P9 forms
DELIVERABLES
a) Timely and accurate remittances of salaries and statutory deductions.
b) Regular report to MSH management, bank and respective government agencies.
Our evaluation criteria will include; overall experience of the firm and key technical personnel, proposal cost, ability to provide timely and reliable services, references from current clients and proposed methodology and approach
