ROC is currently accepting applications for the position of Program Director (PD) to support our work in education and youth based initiatives in the EAC region.
Specific Responsibilities:
ROC is currently accepting applications for the position of Program Director (PD) to support our work in education and youth based initiatives in the EAC region.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Programs development, implementation, supervision and strategic planning.
- Compile official reports and other documentation.
- Assist with logistical and administrative tasks for specific project activities.
- Create work plans.
- This position will involve 30% regional and international travel.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Excellent command of English and French.
- Strong oral and communication skills
- International exposure a plus.
- Strong computer skills
- Prior experience working with donor-funded education projects and grant writing, a plus.
