Provision of Safe Training Facility & Support

The United Nations Development Programme for Somalia based in Nairobi hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the provision of training facility for SSAFE trainings.

Conditions:

Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by courier, hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below.

The EOI must include as a minimum the following documentation/information:

• Company profile, with a minimum of three years proven experience in a similar service
• Company registration certificate
• Company contact details (address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail etc)
• Proof of financial strength (copy of the latest audited financial report)
• List of reference clients (minimum three), with contact details (address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail etc)
• List of similar service contracts undertaken with major clients
• Synopsis of the company’s expertise/capabilities
• Description of the company’s facilities
• The company must present proof of authorisation to conduct trainings and demonstrations on weapon awareness. (Mines, IED’s, UXO’s, assault weapons and ammunition, inclusive live and blanks).
• Number of personnel including qualifications and experience

This Expression of Interest does not constitute a solicitation. UNDP reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.

Thus submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. This Expression of Interest does not entail any commitment on the part of UNDP, either financial or otherwise. UNDP reserve the right to accept or reject any or all responses without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds.
