Parts Sales Executive
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
- In consultation with the Retail Operations Manager, develop and implement Parts Marketing Programs
- Achieve parts sales targets and put in place action plans to assure attainment
- Developing good rapport with dealers, fleet and retail customers and ensuring any issues affecting parts sales are resolved promptly
- Assisting on market surveys through parts counter and key customers to ensure ordering, pricing and old parts liquidation strategies are based on reliable market information
- Ensuring compliance of parts sales to internal controls
- Attaining set target in customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Providing market information to aid in pricing
- Issuance of quotations on a timely basis
For
appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following
minimum requirements:-
- Technical or Business Diploma
- At least three years experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in computers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent selling skills
- High level of integrity
