Accountant 

Salary 40k - 60K Gross

We are recruiting for an accountant for a firm manufacturing packaging materials based in industrial area. 

The successful candidate will be required to manage the accounting docket and will be reporting to the MD.
 

Job Specification (Expected Skills/Attributes):
 

The incumbent will he required to possess the following attributes:

• Excellent analytical and accounting skills
• Should be self-driven and work with minimum supervision advanced report-writing and presentation skills
• Detailed understanding of the role and functions of the accounting department.
• Good personal judgment, initiative, creativity and maturity

Expected pay is a gross of (40K-60k) based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Should be a CPA K
• A degree is an advantage

Experience:
 

A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience in Accounts payable a must.

Knowledgeable in insurance matters

Statutory deductions i.e. NSSF, NHIF, withholding tax and HELBS
.
Over 30 years old.
