APHIA
PLUS a Project funded by USAID is looking for a consultant to undertake a Rapid
Participatory Market Assessment according to the TOR outlined in the Request
for Proposals (RFP) documents.
Eligible
Bidders should attach documentations and meet the following minimum
requirements:-
1.
Must have been involved in similar assignments in the last 5 years (Attach
details of clients who may be contacted for more information)
2.
Sound Financial standing to carry out the assignment.
3.
Consultants must possess post graduate degree in Agricultural Economics,
Agriculture, Economics, Social Sciences
4.
Demonstrated capability in quantitative and qualitative research methods
5.
Demonstrated capability to undertake market assessments aimed at developing
market competitiveness of communities
6.
Experience of having led similar or related local economic development
assignments with special focus on pro-poor agricultural value chain development
initiatives in rural Kenya.
7.
Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis and market strategy
formulation
8.
Analytical, methodical and precise report writing skills

(Between 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
