Customer Service Officer Job In Kenya


Qualifications and Skills

A Graduate from any Recognized University or Diploma from a college in East Africa in a business related course.

Training in Data Entry and Management , Secretarial, Technical ( Automotive and Maintenance related courses), Logistics and Security also acceptable

Fluent and Articulate in English and Kiswahili

Excellent knowledge of Nairobi - Commercial Districts, Main Roads, Streets and Residential areas a must

Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office (will be tested)

Working Knowledge of Insurance not a must but an added advantage

Office Organizational skills including data entry, report writing, filing , email correspondence, sales administration etc ( will be tested)

Marketing or Sales Skills an added advantage

Front office, reception, call center, control room training also an added advantage.

Work Experience
  • Work in a Reception, Call center or customer service in a service oriented firm for minimum of 1-2 years will be an added advantage. (NOT A MUST)
  • Ability to work day or night
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Handling customer service calls
  • Data entry, Report Generation, Dispatch, Filing and service scheduling
  • Assist in Sales and Claims administration
  • Business Correspondence
  • Dealing with Suppliers, Police, Hospitals, Insurance companies, brokers and agents
