Branch Manager – Kisumu / Nakuru / Eldoret 
Reporting to the CEO, the prospective candidate should be able to work with minimum supervision and be responsible for branch sales and profit targets. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve branch sales and collection targets and budgeted profit .
  • Strengthening Customer relations.
  • Good working knowledge of workshop administration and spare parts.
  • Ensuring sound and effective branch administration.
  • Developing, motivating and managing staff and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure security of company premises and assets
  • University degree preferably in marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in automotive industry
  • Demonstrated business development experience.
Service Manager – Mombasa / Nakuru / Nairobi
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the 
workshop team to provide excellent service delivery levels to customers.
  • Possess degree or diploma in automobile engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in a similar capacity
  • All round technical knowledge in working with petrol and diesel vehicles.
  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing usage of time / labour rate to maximise manpower utilisation and workshop revenue.
  • People management skills / conflict resolution and excellent motivator.
Sales Executives – Eldoret / Meru / Mombasa / Nairobi
Reporting to the respective Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for: 
Key Responsibilities
  • Building and improving on client data base 
  • Achieve targeted sale units each month.
  • Ensure collection of payments
  • Plan and devise marketing promotion / strategy with the Manager to remain ahead of competition
  • Maintain data base on competitor information / strategy / pricing / stock availability etc
  • Sales Executives are expected to spend their time in the field
  • University degree preferably in marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated selling experience
  • Strong communicating skills and able to relate with diverse clients
  • Enjoy being measured and judged by financial performance results
All positions require ability to work with Microsoft suite of packages.
