Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the region is sourcing for dynamic and results driven professional in the position of:-
Supply Chain Managers
(1 Position Uganda & 1 Position Tanzania)
This position is in senior management and will contribute to the Supply Chain Strategy by developing a progressive and compliant aligned strategy to ensure service delivery while implementing overall Supply Chain plans in line with business objectives.
Essential KRAs the role holder needs to deliver:-
- Availability of quality raw material and pack material
- Drive overall cost saving initiatives for the site
- Ensure continuous improvement in the availability of imports within schedule
- Drive production planning to achieve target within plan while ensuring timeliness and quality.

Academic & Professional qualifications, Experience
- Bachelors in Engineering and/or Masters in Engineering/other disciplines
- Must have had active experience in Procurement and Sourcing OR Supply Chain with excellent performance record
- 5-6 Years of experience in the relevant field
- Must be resident of the sourcing country

- Power of Agility - Adaptable and quick response to support business amidst changing business scenarios,
- Power of People - Very high collaborative skills.
