Personal Assistant to the CEO Job in Mombasa Kenya

Our client is one of the prime Property Developer, Project Management, Real Estate & Land Agents, Buying and Selling Property and Property Management Agency. 

They have grown to be one of the most respected companies of this kind in the industry; and are committed to deliver unrelenting services to all their customers and a high profiled professional relationship with partners.

They now seek to hire a Personal Assistant to the CEO a position based in Mombasa
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
  • arranging travel for CEO, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
  • Handle sensitive and complex matters relating to client accounts
  • screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Handling clients who have appointments with the CEO
  • organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
  • taking dictation and minutes;
  • carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Desired Experience

Must have worked in the same capacity for at-least 3 years

Those with experience in the property industry have clear  advantage

Diploma  or degree in relevant area of study

Must be 25 years and above, polished, excellent communicator

Can juggle well between competing priorities
