KQ Marketing Director Job in Kenya

Marketing Director

Reports To
: Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Role Purpose Statement

To define Kenya Airways’ Marketing Strategy, in order to grow the KQ Brand and ensure maximization of revenue and sustenance of growth and profitability.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Formulate, Coordinate and Implement the Marketing Strategy
  • Define the Customer Loyalty plan.
  • Analyse the product and initiate improvements / adjustments to optimize sales results.
  • Define policy for optimum use of distribution channels.
  • Define an Optimal Network Planning Strategy
  • Manage Marketing department.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • MBA or its equivalent with 15 years work experience, of which 5 years should be at a Senior Leadership level in a dynamic marketing environment
  • Post-graduate diploma or membership of a recognized marketing organization such as Chartered Institute of Marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • International exposure
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong visionary skills
