Position: Administration Officer
Position: Administration Officer
Summary of Position:
Under
general direction of management personnel, performs a wide variety of complex
and responsible administration, technical, clerical and accounting duties.
Essential Functions:
Essential
functions may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist
the Administration Manager in the effective performance of administrative
responsibilities
- Supervise
and support all junior administration staff in their administration duties
- Verify
and control the effectiveness of administrative functions
- Ensure
effective and timely communication with staff
- Oversee
and report on adherence of hand book regulations as pertains student
discipline and conduct.
- Dispatch
and Transport
- Coordinate
the maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Coordinate
office purchases
- Coordinate
ceremonies, workshops and other events
- Environment
control
- Organize
staff and student outings
- Performs
other related duties as assigned.
Education
Background & Skill Requirements
To
have completed at least two years at an accredited college or university plus
three years administrative experience.
