Financial and Administration Manager Job in Kenya - NGO


A leading non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Kenya is seeking to recruit a candidate to fill the job position of Financial and Administration Manager.

The NGO’s current activities in Kenya are in the sectors of Health/HIV and education in the following provinces: North Eastern, Rift Valley, Nairobi and Western Provinces.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Head of finance/administration at Nairobi regional office, will be responsibility for financial and administrative strategy direction, policy implementation, preparation of periodic consolidated cooperate accounts.
  • Manage and monitor all cash expenditures/cash flow of funds to and between NGO offices in the region.
Minimum job requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent with CPA and experience of at least Five years.
  • Knowledge of fund accounting, Pastel/quick books and experience in working with NGOs/UN.
  • Masters in Business administration will be an added advantage.
