Job Description:

One of our clients in the real estate sector seeks to fill the following sales marketing job vacancy.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking; Provide lists of properties that meet the buyers' needs and financial resources; Act as an intermediary for negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Promote sales of properties through open houses, advertising, networking, and participation in multiple listing services; Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
  • Help clients evaluate mortgage options to ensure the best rates and terms
Job Requirements.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task
  • A diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing and Previous Experience of at least 2 years in the Real estate business is a Must.
  • Male and aged below 28 years
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A thorough technical understanding of real estate’s dynamics.
  • Ability to source strong leads using contacts from within the real estate industry.
  • Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Energetic and self motivated individual who can meet targets sets.
  • Possess business etiquette with a strong work ethic and high moral ethics
  • Customer Service Skills required to meet the needs of clients and build trusting relationships
  • Sales and Marketing Skills needed for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics and sales techniques
  • Administrative and Clerical Skills required to manage files and records; Must be computer literate
  • Understanding of percentages and other basic math concepts. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the understanding and reporting of financial data
