Duties
Duties shall include Management and Administration
(i) Teaching of clinical nursing/midwifery skills in a range of teaching-learning settings, including the skills laboratory and the practicum
(ii) Develop a curriculum for our nursing students
(iii) Conduct classes for KRCHN Nursing students
(iv) Supervision of clinical and research activities carried out by our nursing students
(v) Formulation of the master rotation for students
(vi) Assist in Administrative duties when called upon to do so
(vii) Facilitating integration of students’ nursing practice with their academic studies
(viii) Liaison with nursing sites for the purpose of providing support and advice to students and staff
(ix) Promoting the integration of research knowledge into teaching-learning activities and facilitating the conduct of educational research. Engagement in research and other activities contributing to the professional development of nursing or related areas

Qualifications
- KRCHN with a diploma in medical education/BSc. Nursing degree holder
- 3 years teaching and clinical post-qualification experience
- Computer literacy an added advantage
- Must have good interpersonal skills
