Expression of Interest 

IRA/027/2012-2013 

for

Legal Expert to Draft the Insurance Bill 2012
 

The Insurance Regulatory Authority is a statutory Government agency established under the Insurance Act (Amendment) 2006, Cap 487 of the Laws of Kenya to regulate, supervise and develop the insurance industry in Kenya.
 

The Authority now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) documents from eligible firms/individuals for Legal Expert to draft the Insurance Bill 2012.
 

Interested and eligible firms/individuals may view the documents from the IRA website (www.ira.go.ke) or from the Procurement Office at the IRA offices located at Zep-Re Place, Upper Hill on Longonot Road, 6th floor during normal working hours (i.e. from 8.00AM to 1.00PM and from 2.00PM to 5.00PM).
 

Interested and eligible firms/individuals are required to download the tender document, print and then fill in before submitting the same to IRA. 

Complete Expression of Interest (EOI) documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the EOI number and description should be deposited in the tender box situated on 6th Floor Zep Re Place, Upper Hill Area and addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 27th August 2012 at 11:00 a.m. 

Expression of Interest (EOI) documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the IRA Board Room. Bidders are reminded to give their full addresses and telephone contacts.
