Field Sales Supervisor (HORECA)
Reports
to:
Kenya Sales Manager
Main
Purpose of Job
Ensure
full penetration for the portfolio to all customers.
Grow
the base of customers in the area of operation in the product Channel.
Main
Responsibilities
- Identify
& Distribute Tea/Coffee vending Machines at the Assigned Area across
Institutions & Corporate on a month on month basis.
- Ensure
profitability in trade asset placements.
- Coordinate
with customers and delivery personnel on daily basis to be always aligned
with Nestle news & priorities.
- Prepare
& update a call cycle schedule (to visit every customer once per month
minimum).
- Divide
the area of operation into channel basis (B&I, QSR, Education,
Catering, etc…).
- Achieve
monthly target & line sales objectives agreed upon with NP Sales
Manager.
- Coordinate
with NP Sales Manager concerning promotions & marketing activities to
be done for key accounts.
- Ensure
placement of good quality & consistency of the vending machines
- Submit
accurate and factual daily reports, reporting all competitive activities.

graduate

Office
Requirements
- University
graduate in Sales & Marketing
- 3
years’ experience in Beverage Vending Solutions
- Possess
a clean Driving Licence
