is to maximize performance and reliability of their Data Centers as well as
Contact Centers, is searching to feel this very competitive position.

The
pre-sales engineer will support sales productivity and deal flow.
Employ
technical expertise to qualify technical sales opportunities.
Secure
the “technical close” in complex solutions.
Collaborate
with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure
proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer
needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical
decision-makers.
The
candidate should be a self-starter with a pre-sales engineer experience.
The
right person will also be adept at working with peers to define new processes
and policies with outstanding leadership and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Identifying
and establishing new business
- Organizing
sales visits, create and display technical presentations
- Liaising
with existing clients
- Providing
pre-sales and after-sales support
- Negotiating
contracts, terms and conditions
- Reviewing
cost and sales performance
- Providing
product education and advice
- Attending
trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Ensuring
that sales targets are met.
Requirements
- Engineering
background in Data and Voice
- Minimum
2 years successful track record in a sales engineer, presales engineer or
presale consultant
- Sales
flair and charming personality
- Excellent
understanding of channel and direct technical sales models
- Strong
team-lead experience
- Significant
track record of accomplishment selling in the enterprise, client-server
market
- Excellent
grasp of technology and industry trends
- Proven
ability to exceed quota
- Knowledge
in selling complex systems products
- Excellent
analytical and problem solving skills
- Business
acumen
