Aga Khan University Head, Institutional Research & Academic Planning Job in Kenya

The Aga Khan University (AKU) is a private, not for profit, international University first established in 1983, with 11 teaching sites in eight countries. 

The University invites applications for the following position:
 

Head, Institutional Research & Academic Planning
 

The incumbent will lead the University’s strategic decision making, planning and management by conceptualizing, developing and maintaining university wide data resources.

S/he will be responsible for the development of Databook, high level institutional research services, forecasting, benchmarking and processing requests for data analysis to assist the academic leadership in decision making based on facts and figures.

Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in statistical analysis, institutional research, and research methodology. 

S/he should have five years’ experience in higher education or similar setting with at least two years’ relevant experience in data analytics, simulation modeling techniques and business analysis.
