Front Office Job in a 3 Star Hotel in Nairobi


A three star Hotel in Nairobi is urgently looking for persons with hotel experience to fill the following position:

Front Office

Responsible for:
  • Checking in and out guests.
  • Making reservations
  • Answer phone calls
  • Handle guests requests/inquiries
  • To ensure total guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hotel management /Front office
  • Minimum one year experience in a hotel
  • High levels of patience, tact and diplomacy in resolving conflicts.
  • Excellent command of the English Language, foreign language literacy will be an added advantage
  • Must be computer literate
