Production Manager - Job Ref. MN 5294
Job Profile
- Responsible for all the growing aspects of pot plants, harvesting, propagation of elite cuttings, productivity enhancement, Plant Growth Regulators(PGR’s), irrigation programmes in a hydroponic system.
- Responsible for training on pot plants production, analysis and elite plants.
Person Profile
- The job holder MUST have a degree in either Agriculture, Horticulture or Floriculture with a minimum 3 years relevant experience.

- Responsible for carrying out weekly pesticides applications designed to control insect pests and diseases to minimum with zero tolerance in an efficient and effective procedure.
- To constantly review all sanitation procedures and protocols to confirm effectiveness and compliance.
- Responsible for planning and supervision of all maintenance activities.
