Neo Marketing, a leading below-the-line marketing agency, with over five years experience in delivering brand experiences wishes to fill the position of Sales Manager. 

The ideal candidate should have a passion for selling and is able to hit the ground running.

Job Purpose: Sell mobile services by implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implementing regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Completing regional sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintaining sales employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintaining sales employees’ job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Working with customers to anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challenges
• Responding to complex and sensitive logistical issues and questions; create innovative and profitable solutions
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
• Strategically partnering with internal departments to ensure continual and consistent service is provided

Experience and Skills

• Business-to-business sales experience in any industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 4-10 years of related sales or management experience
• Business-to-business sales experience through which the following key success factors have been developed: sales skills, communication, influence & negotiation, problem solving, and planning & organizing skills.
