Overall Objective of this Position: To maintain the set standards and ensure client satisfaction.   
 
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Responsible for making and implementing the work plans
  • Responsible for the management of staff, detergents, machines and accessories in their designated areas.
  • Responsible for motivating the cleaning crew in your area of control.
  • Advise on the replenishment and control of materials.
  • Enforce the health and safety measures.
  • Responsible for customer care in the respective area.
  • Daily briefings and follow up of the crew performance
  • Induction and training of new staff
  • Appraise staff reporting to you
  • Any other duty that may be allocated from time to time
Academic, Professional Qualifications and Work Experience 
 
Education:
  • Minimum ‘O’ level certificate.
  • Certificate in housekeeping and laundry form reputable institution
  • 3 Years’ experience in a similar position
  • Possess a valid certificate of good conduct

Project Manager

This role will involve facilitation, co-ordination and execution of all ongoing projects for the Group's physical developments. 

The successful applicant will have experience in working on projects within the hospitality industry or projects that require a high degree of interior finishing. 

He/she will additionally have a strong technical aptitude, be able to work under pressure and possess AutoCAD/ArchCAD/CS5 Designer's Suite experience of not less than 3 years. 

Higher Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering and/or Architecture with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position is essential.

Laundry Supervisor

The successful applicant will be required to supervise and run the laundry department.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain discipline and care in the use of the hostel facilities and boarding items
 
Conduct impromptu inspections of the girls’ lockers to ensure safety and security of the girls

Requirements
