Job Description:
- Extract and aggregate data from databases and real-time dashboard.
- Derive value from data and translate data insights into tangible action points.
- Geo-target SMS campaigns
- Assist the tech team in the further development of the company's real-time dashboard.
- Assist the tech and communication team with A/B testing.
- Share campaign data with the goal of improving performance
- Think critically about the company's data and process complex data sets and workflows into actionable strategies.
- Liaise between company’s communication and tech team.
- Crunch data and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Update and develop company’s online platforms as needed.
- Prepare data reports and presentations for existing and new partners.
- Analyze segments through online focus groups, surveys and insights from the field.
- Ad hoc tasks and assistance.
Requirements:
- BA or MA in computer science, engineering, mathematics or statistics
- Experience with PHP and Python (Django, Flask frameworks)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Private-sector candidates preferred
- Expert knowledge of Excel and knowledge of MySQL, Drupal and CMS
- A portfolio of data projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, are flexible and willing to take on ad hoc tasks
- The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
