Job Objective / Summary: Improve and maintain all productions processes and equipments to the company’s standards.

Description of Duties
- Carrying out daily / weekly / monthly care and maintenance of the machines
- Machine preparation as per laid specifications prior to production
- Quickly detect any defects / malfunction on m/c and report accordingly
- Handling machine breakdowns during production
- Ensuring other related processing lines are operating on required parameters
- Participate in general maintenance and make productive utilization of available machineries and electric equipment
- Taking care and accounting for various tools at my disposal making optimum use of various inputs and materials
- Maintain up to date daily production record
- To change the R.O filters on time
- Checking of the working pressure
- Changing of moulds for bottles blower
- Changing of gaskets for the machines
- Operation of the of machines e.g. reverse osmosis/TBA/boiler
- To carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in mechanical Engineering (Plant option) or electrical engineering
- Experience in a Beverage processing plant
- Well organised
- Honesty and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
- Analytical problem solving
- Able to work under pressure
- Team player
