United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) Provision of Taxi Services Request for Expression of Interest

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified companies to establish a contract for the Provision of Taxi Services.
 
Staff members of the United Nations Offices at Nairobi (UNON), United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT), United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and other UN agencies based at the UNON Gigiri compound require the provision of Taxi transport services for official use.
 
UNON intends to award a contract for a period of one (1) year with a possibility of extension upon satisfactory performance.
 
Vendors interested in supplying the above services are invited to submit their Expression of Interest by visiting our website (http://www.unon.org/content/expressions-interest), and filling out and returning the Vendor Response Form by e-mail or via fax to the contact person indicated in the EOI form, as well as the other pre-qualification documents/ information requested below.
 
In order to prequalify, interested companies will have to submit copies of the certificate of registration / incorporation demonstrating company’s capability to operate as taxi service provider in Kenya.
 
UNON subsequently intends to issue a formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to prequalified companies who are willing and able to provide the above-listed services as per the standards to be stipulated in the Terms of Reference inviting them to submit a proposal to provide the required services.
