Deaf Aid is a Norwegian based International Non-Governmental Organization working towards a Africa Society more inclusive with the deaf with focus on children and youth.
 

Our interventions in Kenya (Strategic Plan 2009-2012) were designed around three (3) main thematic areas:
 

1. Early Identification
 

2. Education support
 

3. Deaf Youth Empowerment.
 

Deaf Aid is seeking to enter into a contract with a consultancy firm to conduct a Sumative Evaluation of our Programs.
 

About the Evaluation
 

The overall objectives of this call is to assess the relevance of the programmes, their effectiveness, efficiency, appropriateness, impact and sustainability.
 

Those interested in participating in the bidding may forward their EOI clearly marked Summative Evaluation (DAK/SE/2013) by Monday 4th February 2013.
