Post Harvest Supervisor
Mumi Flora Ltd is a new grower and exporter of fresh cut flowers to the European market. We are based in Ngorika 25 kms from Nakuru town off Lanet Olkalau road.
We would like to fill the above position in our establishment.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture with at least (5) years experience in post harvest production operations of a Rose Flower Farm of not less than 10 ha with responsibility for all post harvest production activities.
Job holder must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
They must be effective leaders, team-builders and managers, with the ability to motivate staff and evaluate performance
