Technical Sales Administrator Job in Kenya

Vacancy: Technical Sales Administrator
Job Purpose: 
Effectively Co-ordinate all administrative issues in the Technical Sales Department.

Key Tasks:
  • Day to day office management of the department.
  • Writing and filling general letters in the department.
  • Attend departmental meetings take minutes and keep records.
  • Ensure Technical Sales database is updated regularly.
  • Monitor attendance and clocking of all Technical Sales Staff.
  • In consultation with the Sales and Marketing Manager monitor and ensure timely reports by the sales agents.
  • Ensure clients files are maintained for each client.
  • Prepare quotations for Technical Sales Department in consultation with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Required Qualification
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 3-5 years experience in an Administrative  role.
  • Outstanding, self driven and proactive individual with an eye for detail and ability to withstand pressure.
  • Must be proficient in common computer packages.
