Requirements:
- At least Higher National Diploma in HRM
- Minimum 4 years working experience in all aspects of HRM
- Member of IHRM
- Key aspects
- Should be good at Industrial Relations and CBA Negotiations
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Employee relations and dispute resolution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, honest, hardworking, loyal and able to multitask
- A good team leader for the HR team and other staff
- Good analytical and report writing skills
HR Officer
Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM
- Minimum 2 years working experience in all aspects of HRM
- Member of IHRM

- Conversant with OSHA and WIBA and other employee welfare policies
- Good at developing and implementing HRM policies and procedures
