Our client, a fast growing SME is looking to recruit and fill the position of a Finance Manager
Duties
- Ensuring that the Company’s books of account are kept up to date and are in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards at all times.
- Ensuring the Company is in compliance of all statutory and tax payments on a monthly basis.
- Preparing and updating the Company’s fixed asset statement.
- Preparation of accounts for audit
- Cash flow management
- Credit management/control
- Cost management
- Offering leadership to the financial team
- Reporting internally and to the board
- Improving financial procedures and policies
- Managing financial partners
- Preparation and execution of Pay roll
- Budgeting and its control
- Petty cash management
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by management.
Requirements
- A degree in Accounts/Finance
- Professional Qualification: CPA-K or ACCA
- 4- 5 years’ experience, one of which the candidate must have served as a senior accountant or Finance Manager
- Experience with an SME (top 100 added advantage)
