These are various positions based in the following counties; Kwale, Lamu, Kilifi, Tana River, Taita Taveta and Mombasa.
The field coordinators will support the counties health workers in the rollout of an IT based system to the ministry of health. People based in these counties are highly encouraged to apply .

Responsibilities
- Assemble and set up the various PC components at the health facilities
- Training the users on the various aspects of PC handling, maintenance and use.
- Train users on the actual use of the system i.e. using browsers, creating log in emails, navigating the platform, and online commodity management
- Monitoring and reporting-Carry out monthly assessment and report on the progress and effectiveness of the platform
- Convey the concerns/suggestions of the county teams on the improvement on the platform and the general effectiveness of the program
- Logistics-Coordinate movement of the equipment (PCs) from vendors, receiving at the counties, ensures safe storage; ensure safety transportation to the facility and proper choice of installation position in the facility/health centers.
- Inventory-Work with counties to keep up to date inventory of all the equipment used in the rollout
Requirements
- First university degree in a related field – Computer Science, IT etc. or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- At least 1 year experience related working experience or working in IT programs.
- Good understanding of health systems in Kenya and the operations at the county government.
- Approachable, positive, friendly and has proactive customer service philosophy. Generally pleasant demeanor and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Ready to work in hardship areas
- Available immediately
